Extremely enjoyable
The location is really great; close to the beach and boulevard, but far away enough for some rest and quiet. The view is sublime and its very nice to use the pool.
For the exclusiveness Mas Falet offers, the breakfast is a bit on the cheap, with a bake-off baguette from the oven and yoghurt from the local supermarket.

Another wonderful Christmas break at Mas Falet 1682!
If you are looking for a quiet break in a small hotel - a converted traditional Catalan country house - on the coast near Palamos you could not find anywhere better. The staff are great and the room very comfortable. The hotel's French chef produced an absolutely stunning meal for us on Christmas Day. I cannot recall a better meal anywhere. She told us it had been prepeared with love and passion. There was never a truer word spoken. We will be back here next Christmas.

We loved the hotel and hope to go again.
The general ambience was delightful. The staff were all friendly and very helpful and made us feel really at home.
The pool we found too cold to be inviting. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open
